Yoga For Home Fitness    

If you want to start your fitness program, then yoga is the best option for you. Though we would recommend that you take some training before including yoga in your fitness routine, but some of its exercises can be learned from YouTube channels as well. A few yoga asanas are easy to do, and they are useful too. Surya Namaskar is one of the yoga asanas that you can perform at home.

Push-Ups    

Push up is another physical activity that makes your muscles strong and doesn’t need any equipment too. It is an oldie but goldie exercise. At-home fitness routine or in an intensive physical workout in the gym, both of the places fitness freaks perform this exercise. This exercise is for your arms, chest, and shoulders. Its difficulty level is intermediate, and you can do it either on a mat or on the floor.

Supermans       

If you are a beginner and going to start your fitness routine from your home first, then supermans are the best physical exercise for you. This exercise is for your back, butt, and shoulders. To perform this exercise, you need to lay down on a mat on your stomach with your legs extended. Exhale; raise both your legs and arms both a few inches off the floor. Your posture should be like a superman is flying.

Side Lunges

The difficulty level for this exercise is intermediate, and it’s for your butt, legs, and thighs. To perform this exercise first, you will have to stand with your feet parallel and hip-width apart. Keep your hand in front of your chest, and gently unload your right leg. Place your right leg at the right side, bend it. In this process, your left leg will be extended to the right side. Do the same process for the left leg.
